Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Identifying and tracking relevant tenders on GeM Portal for security manpower and housekeeping service categories
- Submitting RFQs daily on GeM Portal against open bids
- Maintaining and updating the GeM Portal activity tracker
- Creating daily Management Information Reports (MIR) on tender pipeline and submission status
- Preparing weekly progress reports for the reporting manager
- Assisting in bid documentation, price quotations, and compliance checklists
- Coordinating internally for statutory documents required for bid qualification
