From coordinating exciting company events that bring our team together to safeguarding confidential documents and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team members and maintaining the integrity of our HR processes. Above all, you'll prioritize delivering exceptional customer service to our valued team members.

We’d love to hear from you if you are adaptable, innovative, and your skill set includes:
- Providing a warm welcome to new team members and facilitating the onboarding process, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
- Ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and support to seamlessly integrate into the company.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engaging events promoting a positive workplace culture, such as educational events, celebratory lunches, company meetings, company social gatherings, and volunteer events.
- Serving as the first point of contact for team member inquiries related to benefits, payroll, leave, paid time off, comp time, etc.
- Providing timely and accurate information to address employee questions and concerns.
- Handling administrative tasks related to terminations, garnishments, unemployment claims, worker’s comp, benefits, and payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, including EEO, CA EEO, OSHA, etc.
- Maintaining employee files and records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Managing company calendars and communications related to company events.
- Maintaining the badging system and security codes for facility access.
- Coordinating facility maintenance by liaising with contractors and entering work orders as needed.
- Purchasing supplies for the office and events, including snacks, welcome bags, and plants.
- Maintaining a professional LinkedIn presence to promote job openings and celebrate the company's culture.
- Performing ad hoc reporting as requested.
- Other duties as required
- 2 + years in a customer service-related position
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with UKG Ready or other HRIS systems preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
