Purpose Of The Role

The POC 410A Process Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive process support for client-related 410A referrals on behalf of nationwide law firm clients. This position ensures accurate data management, timely processing of 410A forms, and ongoing updates within the POCPro and CaseAware systems to maintain compliance with client and internal standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Set up new 410A referrals in POCPro and CaseAware systems by entering referral data, establishing key deadlines, and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Complete each 410A referral within one hour of receipt.
  • Prepare 410A Parts 1–5, including debt, arrears breakdowns, post-payments due, and a detailed history ledger supporting arrears justification.
  • Conduct a thorough review of all provided data within 48 hours of receipt and request any missing information necessary for completion.
  • Complete Bankruptcy 410A forms within client-defined timelines for standard and rush requests.
  • Perform ongoing system updates related to step dates, completions, and reprojections in POCPro and CaseAware.
  • Monitor pending files and follow up weekly (or as needed) until completion.
  • Provide revisions and respond to inquiries promptly within applicable timeframes.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while recognizing when to seek guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High accuracy and speed with numeric data entry (10-key by touch).
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Training And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in Mortgage Banking and Bankruptcy processes required.
  • Experience with MSP, FISERV, or other loan servicing platform history ledgers required.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work additional hours on short notice to meet goals or deadlines.
  • Frequent use of computers and software applications throughout the workday.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.
