We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven individual to join our Lead Generation team as a QA Analyst & Campaign Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — from distributing campaigns and ensuring lead quality, to supporting team operations and providing administrative assistance.

- Review, validate, and quality-check all leads before delivery
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and patterns to improve data accuracy
- Provide feedback and corrective actions to the lead gen team
- Allocate daily and weekly campaigns to the team based on priorities
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Oversee daily activity within the lead gen team
- Track performance, maintain workload balance, and escalate issues when needed
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Maintain internal tracking sheets, reports, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general admin tasks
- Support management with ad-hoc projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience in QA, data review, or campaign management (lead gen experience a plus)
- Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
