Are you a student looking for an internship as part of your studies—or a hands-on challenge alongside them?

Astrid Wild is a Nordic, design-first outdoor wear brand for women, founded in 2019 and growing rapidly through our Direct-to-Consumer model. Digital marketing, content, and community are at the heart of everything we do.


Why join Astrid Wild?

You’ll gain hands-on experience building an international DTC brand and work closely with our CMO and/or CEO, gaining real insight into brand, marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.


What you’ll do

Depending on your background and interests, your role may include:

  • Community management and social media (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Creating and researching engaging content
  • Influencer sourcing and outreach (Nordics, Germany, US)


Who we’re looking for

  • Passionate about digital marketing, content, and social media
  • Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Creative with a strong visual eye
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (Finnish is a plus)


Practical details

  • Non-paid internship for students
  • Start date flexible
  • Minimum 3 months, at least 30 h/week (full-time LIA possible)

We struggled finding outdoor outfits & felt that existing brands are outdated and not made for women who are interested in fashion. Outdoor clothing has traditionally been designed for men, and then made smaller and colored pink, to fit women. We're about to change this - join us!
