YOUR TASKS

  • You coordinate the movements of our locomotives for deliveries and returns.
  • You plan and organise parking and transfers to optimally support future customer requirements.
  • You work closely with service providers, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • You will ensure that data on fleet movements is up to date and transparent, in close coordination with our sales and operations teams.
  • You will maintain and manage fleet data to ensure optimal deployment planning and accurate customer billing.
  • You will monitor the status of our off-lease fleet and assist with maintenance and operational planning.
  • You will manage schedules, work orders, purchase orders and invoices in our maintenance planning system
  • You will support project management with operational tasks
  • You will maintain regulatory information for locomotives in your region
  • You will coordinate additional services such as SIM cards or geolocation systems for our fleet

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you already have experience in logistics, fleet management or transport coordination and have industry knowledge in the rail vehicle sector
  • You work in a structured and organised manner and can maintain an overview even when dealing with many parallel issues
  • You are flexible, responsive and able to adapt well to new situations
  • You have a high affinity for data and work carefully and with attention to detail
  • You have a sense of responsibility when dealing with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Ideally, you have technical knowledge in the field of rail vehicles or transport
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with internal teams and external partners
  • You feel comfortable in an international environment and have good to very good English skills
