Head of Affiliates

We power fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook brands across global markets. We’re looking for a high-impact Head of Affiliates to own, scale, and optimise our affiliate strategy. This role is for a proven leader in crypto iGaming who knows how to build strong affiliate partnerships, maximise performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth at speed.This role is 100 % remote, work wherever you do your best work.

What will you do and more...

• Lead the affiliate stream and team of affiliate managers.
• Grow the affiliate marketing traffic to increase revenue, and conversion.
• Recruit new affiliates, manage existing relationships, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Negotiate deals, commission structures, and bonuses with affiliates to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement innovative affiliate marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor compliance to ensure all affiliates adhere to our terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing, operations, and data analytics teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay competitive.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role:

• Very strong analytical experience is a must
• Personal relations with leading crypto affiliates in the industry is a must
• 3+ years of experience as a Lead affiliate Manager in the iGaming / Crypto casino industry.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools
• Proven ability to build, manage, and scale affiliate relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and managerial skills.
