- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Full-time availability.
- Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection.
- Ability to work PST hours.
- Experience in logistics, courier, or shipping services.
- Previous remote work experience.
