As a member of the Xactly Product Management team, you will be part of a high-performing, tight-knit group of forward-thinkers. You will collaborate across engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams to solve complex challenges and deliver high-impact outcomes for our users within the SaaS ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Product Lifecycle: Manage concurrent projects from concept to completion, refining product requirements and test plans in collaboration with Engineering.
- Backlog Management: Triage bugs and feature requests, groom and prioritize the product backlog, and lead sprint planning rituals.
- User Research & Insights: Engage with the market to conduct user research, validate product concepts, and perform deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Engagement Managers and Consultants to execute client projects flawlessly while communicating product roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- 5-8 years of Product Management experience specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Strong Technical Background: Engineering background with technical knowledge of web-based technology and software development.
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Platform and/or Identity Management is essential.
- Data Proficiency: Intermediate SQL knowledge and demonstrable analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Client Interaction: Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Experience in Incentive Compensation Management applications.
- Experience creating mockups, wireframes, or storyboards.
- Exposure to AI/ML or Agentic computing frameworks.
