Full-Time Roster
Full time & casual positions available:
Tuesday To Saturday - Alternating Weeks
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 12pm - 8pm Thursday 1.30pm to 9.30pm
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, and Friday 7am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm. Sat: 8am to 6 pm
Casual
Availability across a 7-day roster
A position has come available for an experienced Casual Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at our Rouse Hill Site.
The Overall Functions Of This Role Are
- General handy-person and trade duties
- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
- Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
- Flexible approach to work
- Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
- Versatile handy-person skills
- Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
- Basic plumbing skills
- Physically capable of moving equipment
- Ability to be part of a team.
- Be self-motivated and responsible
- Liaise with customers as required.
- Trade qualification is helpful
