- Supervise and coordinate the activities of demolition workers on site.
- Ensure all demolition work is performed safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement demolition plans and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of demolition equipment.
- Address any issues or problems that arise on site promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of demolition processes, techniques, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Relevant qualifications such as CCDO Gold Card, SMSTS/SSSTS certification, and Asbestos Awareness training are highly desirable.
- A valid UK driving licence.
