We have a strong product and engineering team. Our apps are already growing organically.
But There’s a Gap
Right now, things grow — but not in a structured, intentional way.
Retention, trial conversion, lifecycle marketing, monetization — all have clear upside that isn’t being fully unlocked.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Will Say
“These are my metrics. I own this.”
What you’ll actually do (no fluff)
You will own You will own acquiring new users, MAU, retention, and trial-to-paid conversion.
Specifically
- Own ASO + ASA strategy (organic + paid acquisition together)
- Design and continuously improve the full user journey from install → onboarding → retention → subscription
- Run A/B tests across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and key product flows
- Build and iterate monetization systems to improve LTV across all apps
- Create, test, and scale ad creatives (video + static) using performance data
- Work closely with developers to translate growth ideas into real product changes
- Own growth analytics: funnels, cohorts, retention, attribution, LTV, ROAS
- Drive lifecycle marketing and retention improvements
- Contribute to UGC and influencer-driven growth initiatives when relevant

Why technical understanding matters
You won’t be writing code.
But you should understand how growth actually works in a product:
- If you don’t know how a Firebase event is set up, you can’t define it properly
- If you can’t talk to engineers clearly, experiments don’t get shipped
- If you don’t understand tracking, attribution, and funnels, growth becomes guesswork
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing
- Proven experience growing at least one mobile app (with real metrics)
- retention cohorts
- funnel analysis
- LTV, ROAS, attribution
- Hands-on experience with ASO/ASA
- Experience with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adapty (or similar)
- Experience working with mobile ad creatives and campaign optimization
- Strong communication skills in English and Turkish
- Proactive, accountable, execution-driven mindset
- Flutter or mobile development background
- Experience optimizing paywalls in subscription apps
- Experience scaling more than one app at the same time
- UGC / influencer marketing experience in consumer apps
- Full growth ownership across a 3-app portfolio (not just one feature area)
- Direct collaboration with the team — no heavy hierarchy or layers
