Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out water sampling (drinking water, wastewater, groundwater, process water, etc.) in accordance with approved sampling procedures, standards, and SOPs.
  • Support environmental site monitoring activities
  • Ensure proper sample collection, preservation, labeling, and transportation to the laboratory while maintaining sample integrity.
  • Operate, handle, and maintain sampling equipment and field instruments.
  • Perform driving duties for field activities, including transportation of personnel, equipment, and samples to and from client sites.
  • Assist senior staff during field measurements, site surveys, and monitoring campaigns.
  • Maintain field records, log sheets, chain-of-custody forms, and sampling documentation.
  • Support routine housekeeping, equipment care, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head related to chemistry and environmental monitoring.

Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Chemistry or Environmental studies

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Water sampling, Environmental field monitoring, Laboratory or field support activities
  • Fresh candidates with relevant education and basic field exposure may also be considered.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel and work at various field locations.
  • Flexible to work extended hours when required for site monitoring activities.
