What Will My Functions Be?

- Payroll Processing: Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll using ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
- Technology and Processes: You will use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all payroll-related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
- Labor Record Management: Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.

What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?
We are currently looking for payroll specialists with experience in professional services firms.
In addition, it is important that you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience of at least two years
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment
