Trainee Chartered Tax Advisers and Trainee Chartered Accountancy roles are primarily based in our Tax and Audit Departments; however, graduates joining the firm will have the opportunity to gain experience in other aspects of the business, such as outsourced accountancy, payroll, company secretarial, and corporate finance—just one of the distinct advantages of joining Ormsby & Rhodes.

Ormsby & Rhodes is based on Clare St, Dublin 2, in the heart of south Dublin city centre. It is one of the longest-established accountancy firms in Ireland and has been in business since 1911. The firm comprises of 11 partners, and approximately 50 team members and is consistently ranked in the top 20 in Ireland. As mentioned above, Ormsby & Rhodes is the Republic of Ireland member of BKR International. Membership of BKR offers our graduates the opportunity to work on cross-border projects and potentially to work in other jurisdictions.

We will support the successful candidates in completing their professional Tax and Chartered Accountancy exams. What’s more, Ormsby & Rhodes, an AAB Group Company, is located less than 10-minutes’ walk from Chartered Accountancy Ireland and a 15-minute walk from the Irish Tax Institute making it even easier to attend lectures and meet fellow trainees.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for graduates who are ambitious and keen to specialise in audit. Graduates should be ready for a hands-on experience and have a strong academic record. They must show initiative, have a willingness to learn, and have demonstrated in the past an interest in gaining practical experience in their chosen career.
We are currently accepting applications from those wishing to pursue the ACA exams (CTA details to follow in 2026) and either have or are working towards a 2.1 degree.
