- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and plans for achieving their objectives.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our technology products and services.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and up-selling of services.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze client performance and usage data.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and post-sales.
- Keep clients informed about updates and enhancements of products.
- Oversee invoices. Responsible for handling AR data for documentation and collection.
- Follow up with clients via email, phone, or on-site.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, sales management, CRM, and lead generation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, team player, empathetic, and results-driven.
- Preferably can travel if needed.
