Sales / Marketing

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and plans for achieving their objectives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our technology products and services.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and up-selling of services.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance and usage data.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Keep clients informed about updates and enhancements of products.
  • Oversee invoices. Responsible for handling AR data for documentation and collection.
  • Follow up with clients via email, phone, or on-site.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, sales management, CRM, and lead generation.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, team player, empathetic, and results-driven.
  • Preferably can travel if needed.
