
Job Responsibility
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Lead full-cycle CRM implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Define and enforce CRM architecture standards, integration patterns, and data governance policies.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems (ERP, portals, third-party apps).
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM environments.
- Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap and recommend adoption of new features.
Minimum Qualification: MBA/BE
Experience: Up to 10 years

- Participate in the design, development, and optimization of CRM solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal frameworks and reusable components.
- Work within defined standards of software engineering discipline, as outlined by the organization’s professional community guidelines.
- Customizations, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Development of MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, and Actions.
- PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps).
- 8+ years of experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 across various customer engagement modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Service, and other solutions of Power Platform.
- 6+ years of experience in programming with C#, with a Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, and domain-driven design.
- 6+ years of experience in web service development including REST and SOAP.
- Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages), Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Highly desirable to have experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions development, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps, Bot Framework, REACT JS.
- have proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE technical architecture design.
- Work with the team to identify and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions.
