About the Role:

We’re looking for a Distribution Channel Manager who will be responsible for owning, growing, and optimizing a $2M portfolio of key distributor partners. This role leads the day-to-day management and long-term strategy for distribution accounts, driving revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and strengthening partner performance.


As the primary point of contact for assigned distributors, this person develops joint business plans, identifies new revenue opportunities, supports sales enablement efforts, and ensures operational excellence across forecasting, promotions, and execution. They collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks, improve processes, and unlock scalable growth within the channel.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong commercial instincts, relationship management skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically. Success in this role means not just maintaining accounts — but actively building them into high-performing, revenue-driving partnerships.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Grow and expand a $2M distribution portfolio by 30% year over year
  • Create and execute scrappy, creative joint business plans with distributor partners
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and push into new verticals, regions, and product placements
  • Roll up your sleeves to solve inventory, forecasting, pricing, and execution challenges
  • Partner with marketing to optimize the digital shelf for your accounts ensuring accurate product listings and strong brand presence.
  • Serve as the internal resource for the sales team on your distributor accounts — keeping Aunt Flow reps informed on partner capabilities, pricing, and programs, and collaborating to help close deals where distribution is the right path to the end customer
  • Partner with operations and supply chain to communicate pipeline visibility, flag large incoming deals, and collaborate on forecasting to ensure fulfillment capacity meets revenue growth targets
  • Lead QBRs and performance check-ins that drive accountability and action
  • Analyze sell-through data and adjust strategy quickly when things aren’t working
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure promotions, launches, and operational execution hit on time
  • Navigate channel conflict thoughtfully while protecting long-term growth
  • Represent Aunt Flow in the field — trade shows, partner meetings, ride-alongs, and beyond
  • Track opportunities and pipeline coming through distribution in CRM tools such as Hubspot


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in distribution, channel sales, or account management
  • Experience using HubSpot, Netsuite and Apollo preferred
  • Experience owning and growing a seven-figure book of business
  • Comfort operating without a playbook — you like building the playbook
  • Strong commercial instincts around pricing, margins, and distributor dynamics
  • Analytical mindset — you know your numbers and use them
  • Confidence in leading conversations with buyers, sales leaders, and executives
  • High ownership mentality — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Bias toward action, resourcefulness, and problem-solving

Bonus if you have:
  • Experience managing national distribution portfolios at the headquarter level
  • Prior experience in a mission-driven or sustainability-focused company
