What We Look For
✓ A genuine commitment to serving residents — our communities are people's homes, not just units
✓Experience in property management, affordable housing, construction, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
✓Reliability and follow-through — we operate 7 days a week and our residents depend on us
✓Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with residents, vendors, and the internal team
✓Comfort working independently and managing priorities without constant supervision
✓Familiarity with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8) is a significant plus
✓A positive, team-first attitude — our properties work best when the people running them support each other
