Finance Controller Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements with full disclosures as per accounting standards.
- Handle inter-company reconciliations, consolidation adjustments, and month-end/year-end closing in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC).
- Review trial balance, GL, and correct abnormal or erroneous entries before finalization.
- Manage MIS reporting-unit-level data collection, consolidated reports, ratio analysis, cash flow insights, variance analysis (EBITDA, PBT, PAT).
- Prepare Board and investor presentations highlighting key financial metrics and audit updates.
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits, resolve audit queries, and track compliance with audit plans.
- Manage direct tax assessments, respond to notices, compute current/deferred taxes, and ensure accurate tax accounting.
- Oversee inventory accounting, stock movements, ageing, costing (FIFO/specific cost), and cost variance analysis.
- Ensure GST and indirect tax compliance-returns, reconciliations, classification, and ERP tax mapping.
- Lead ERP finance enhancements: module configuration, automation, Power BI dashboards, data quality, and user Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in controllership, reporting, audits, and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong analytical, communication, and process-improvement abilities.
