THE ROLE
Reporting to the Vice President of Wholesale, North America, the Head of Wholesale - Non Apparel, North America is responsible for the strategic management and growth of the apparel category. This role serves as a key bridge between the market and our global product teams to develop category strategies that resonate locally and globally. You will lead the North America Womenswear team directly, driving seasonal and annual sales targets while implementing innovative initiatives to expand market share.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.

- Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth to help team members reach their full potential.
- Develop and deepen relationships with the largest and most complex accounts, ensuring AllSaints remains a priority brand within their portfolio.
- Drive retention among the most valuable customers by deeply understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that help them succeed.
- Manage and execute high-impact buying and selling campaigns, managing appointment schedules and delivering compelling product presentations.
- Rigorously monitor full-price performance to meet or exceed targets for margin, volume, and sell-through.
- Drive a robust in-season reorder business and manage key replenishment programs to maximize sales.
- Lead quarterly Market events (LA, NYC, London)
- Optimize product selection for each NA market to ensure a competitive brand presence and cohesive floor presentations.
- Continuously assess and refine distribution networks to capture new sales opportunities.
- Implement key wholesale initiatives at the point of sale to elevate the brand’s market positioning.
- Partner with the Global Planning Team to identify inventory opportunities and manage stock profitability.
- Communicate brand strategy across the NA Wholesale team to ensure collaboration between categories and alignment with global goals.
- Coordinate account-specific marketing initiatives that support client investments and align with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the Amazon Account Specialist to monitor health metrics, optimize product listings, and maximize sales potential on the platform.
- Partner with supply chain and customer experience to streamline order entry, expedite EDI processes, and ensure timely client communication.
- Monitor in-season shipping and logistics to meet cancellation deadlines and provide clients with accurate inventory recaps.
- Perform detailed weekly, seasonal, and annual analyses of purchases and sell-through to ensure sales targets are met across all distribution points.
- Deliver comprehensive business updates and sales trend analyses (by market, account, and category) to senior management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must possess established relationships with Ready-to-Wear (RTW) buying teams at major retailers including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, and Revolve, as well as key specialty stores.
- Deep understanding of the Contemporary RTW market landscape and trends.
- Advanced skills in Excel (retail math/sales planning) and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting business needs.
- Ability to conduct local store visits and engage in periodic domestic and international travel
- 7+ years of experience in Wholesale Contemporary RTW and/or Retail Buying
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
This is a full time salaried position available at a rate of $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD/Yearly
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
