AIKO is also considering a hybrid profile combining administrative, legal, and financial support capabilities.

The role will assist Operations, Legal, and Finance teams with cross-functional tasks focused on documentation, office procedures, contract management, and basic accounting activities.

Part-time, 21 hours per week, 7-month contract.

Tasks

  • Manage operational activities: supplies, suppliers, shipments, travel.
  • Provide administrative support to Legal: archives, contracts, deadlines.
  • Assist Finance with expense reports, basic reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Update internal databases and support reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on urgent needs.
  • Support meetings and prepare materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in at least one of the three areas (Admin, Legal, Finance).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Practical problem-solving attitude.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive documentation.
  • Good command of common digital tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of typical internal processes in tech startups.
