Join a renowned housing practice in Central London as a Technical Architect and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, sustainable residential projects. The studio is seeking a proactive, detail oriented professional with strong Revit skills and proven experience across RIBA Stages 3 to 5.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and delivery of housing schemes from developed design through to construction
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure robust technical solutions
  • Produce and review detailed Revit models, drawings, and specifications
  • Oversee compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and sustainability targets
  • Support site delivery, including responding to RFIs and attending site meetings
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Architect (ARB) or Technologist (CIAT) with significant housing experience
  • Proficient in Revit, with a portfolio demonstrating technical excellence
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
  • Fire Safety knowledge, experience working on cladding remediation highly desirable
  • Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3-5
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • The right to live and work in the UK
