- Perform data entry and transferring information from paper logs to digital spreadsheets
- Catalog information into company databases and maintain tracking logs
- Receive projects and assembly of job packets
- Scanning and organizing documents for filing
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company
- Proficient in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google and Office Suites
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing
