We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable MRO operation based in Malta. If you hold an EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 licence with A320 type rating, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a structured base maintenance environment, with full visa sponsorship support.
The Role
- As a
Aircraft
- Engineer, you will exercise the privileges of your licence category within a base maintenance (hangar) environment, ensuring aircraft meet the required airworthiness standards.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on A320 aircraft in a hangar/base maintenance setting
- Signing off individual maintenance tasks in line with your licence privileges (B1 or B2)
- Ensuring all task sign-offs are accurately linked to the corresponding job card or work sheet
- Taking technical responsibility for work performed at support staff level, forming the foundation for the Category C certifying staff’s Certificate of Release to Service
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable EASA regulations and organisational procedures
What You’ll Need
- Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 licence
- A320 type rating (essential)
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience within any consecutive 2-year period
- Up-to-date continuation training in line with organisational requirements, covering EWIS, SMS, FTS, and human factors
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to airworthiness standards
