Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing data to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and maintaining business analytics tools and dashboards
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create project plans
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate project updates
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Mentoring junior business analysts and providing guidance and support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
