Management Accountant

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Management Accountant with strong experience and a real appetite for positive change.

This role is not just about producing management accounts. You will provide meaningful insight, support operational colleagues and leaders, challenge existing ways of working, and help pro-actively identify and support continuous improvement across the organisation.

The full-time salary for this role is £43,724 per annum. This role is full-time (35 hours). It is a hybrid role with minimum of bi-weekly attendance at our York Office.

You’ll need:

• Proven strong management accounts experience
• A pro-active, problem solving, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence to influence and constructively challenge
• A genuine desire to improve processes and performance
• Part or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
