Ashford Hall Nursing & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility located at 2021 Shoaf Dr, Irving, Texas (Highway 183 & O'Connor Rd). We have proudly served the Irving and surrounding communities for over 50 years, caring for those who can no longer care for themselves. We offer short-stay rehabilitative programs for those who need temporary placement while they undergo physical and occupational therapy to return home, as well as long-term care, traditional nursing home services.
