Responsible for defining and leading AlJazira Bank public relations strategy in alignment with corporate priorities, brand values, and business objectives. The role drives external communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen visibility, consistency, and positioning across key audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the Bank’s overall public relations and external communications strategy
- Manage media relations and serve as spokesperson for the Bank
- Lead crisis communications and issues management across all channels
- Ensure alignment across PR, corporate communications, marketing, and investor relations
- Oversee CSR communications, PR team performance, agency management, and budget governance
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is required
- Strong experience in media relations, crisis communications, and executive visibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and external media networks
