Role Overview

We are seeking an Facilities Operator to the lead Facilities function and to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and functionality of the club's facilities and equipment, creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for members and guests while supporting operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards..

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and building systems, including BMS, lighting control systems, centralized controls, and CCTV, to ensure optimal performance and early fault detection.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
• Monitor and manage energy and utility consumption to support operational efficiency and cost control.
• Respond promptly to facility-related complaints and emergency situations to minimize operational disruption.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.
• Handle work orders and operate the ticketing system, ensuring proper logging, follow-up, and status updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance
2. At least three (3) experience in facility
3. Communication Skills
4. Sound Analytical Thinking
5. Handling Paperwork
6. Problem Solving
