Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing independently
Identify, document, and track issues using tools like JIRA
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure product quality
Design and implement automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
Ensure adherence to software testing standards and QA best practices
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, highlighting risks and improvements
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and follow up for timely resolution
Work smartly with cross-functional teams to deliver stable product releases
Bring creative, solution-oriented problem-solving skills to the QA process
Education
Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Requirements
3+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC Agile, and QA best practices
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Hands-on experience with:
Postman (API testing)
JMeter (performance testing)
JIRA (issue tracking)
Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, and scripting languages (JS/TS)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
