We're now scaling up, locally & globally and adding Client Growth Partners (multiple) to join our team. These roles are hybrid, based in our Jakarta SCBD office.
About This Role
ASTRNT is in a critical phase of scaling our tech-enabled talent solutions, where execution quality, speed, and cross-functional alignment are key to success. We are looking for a Tech-Enabled Services & Assessment Operations Lead to drive the execution of large-scale talent programs (e.g., Assessment Design, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and Recruitment Headhunting) while strengthening the underlying logic of our solutions.
Must Have Skills :
- Strong experience in TA/TM operations at scale in a RPO (large hiring programs) or recruitment headhunting, with proven execution ownership.
- Design and validate TA and TM use cases based on insights gathered directly from client interactions, translating real needs into structured workflows, product logic, and execution plans.
- Good understanding of how AI can be applied to transform Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM) workflows and business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale programs, including but not limited to Assessment Services, RPO, and Recruitment Headhunting.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Customer Experience and Commercial teams.
- Document, standardize, and improve processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery for high-volume or time-sensitive programs.
Added Value:
- Strong experience in TA/TM operations at scale in a RPO (large hiring programs) AND recruitment headhunting, with proven execution ownership.
- Hands-on experience with competency frameworks and assessment design.
