Consultant Internship

Q8 Consulting delivers pro-bono consulting services to startups while developing the next generation of business leaders, and we're looking for curious, driven students to join our first cohort.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Consultant Intern at Q8 Consulting.

You'll gain real experience on 2-month projects with startups across AI, climate tech and consulting, and receive training from former MBB and Tier 2 consultants. All in one place.

The Intern will collaborate with a team of 5-6 consultants and tackle real business challenges, from market strategy to operations, and translate insights to produce high-quality deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Conduct research and analyse data to uncover market trends and insights
• Design tailored recommendations and translate findings into high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate in a team of 5-6 consultants
• Develop practical skills in hypothesis-driven thinking, structured problem-solving, and client-facing communication

What You'll Receive

• Build real project experience for 2 months
• 170+ pages of learning resources written by former consultants
• Receive CV, project brief, and presentation templates, as well as guidance on client meetings
• 90-minute deep dive training session led by former MBB and Tier 2 consultants
• Certificate upon completion
• Opportunities to grow within the organisation

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or a postgraduate program (Master’s or PhD).
• Ability to commit to the position for a period of 2 months.
