
- Audit I-9's and document findings.
- Provide support for a large filing project by scanning documents, creating and organizing electronic files, and auditing files.
- Assist the HR team with talent acquisition by providing administrative support for interviewing, onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Provide other human resource assistance, as necessary.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, business or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information required.
- Ability to work independently supported by a fantastic HR team, resourceful mindset, and strong attention to detail required.
- Some knowledge of employment law and regulations is helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint required. Previous experience with Dayforce HRIS system ideal.
