Advanceful | LinkedIn Ads Agency
United Kingdom
Others
Comp: $30k - $50k USD/yr | Location: 100% Remote | Type: Contract-to-Hire
👋 The Context
I'm Alex, founder of Advanceful.io. We are a boutique LinkedIn Ads agency specialised in B2B SaaS and B Corps, with clients in the US, UK, and EU.
Following our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced mid-level LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join the agency and deliver great ROAS for our clients.
🎁 Perks You'll Love
- $30-$50k USD / year (Base Retainer + Performance Bonuses).
- 100% remote (~4 hours/day overlap needed with CET), zero corporate BS.
- Get us more revenue/clients = we'll pay you more. 10% comission on new clients, plus retention bonus.
- After 3 months, we will cover your gym subscription and provide a coworking stipend.
- You'll tell me, "Hey Alex, I had this crazy idea for an ad"... and if it doesn't get us sued, I'll probably approve it. Here's a real client example.
- You'll work directly alongside experienced LinkedIn Ads strategists and get better at your craft faster than anywhere else.
- We've automated the hell out of Claude + LinkedIn Ads API, so you'll be able to create a report in minutes, not hours, or receive automatic alerts from campaign manager.
🚀 The Role
You'll do everything in your power to get positive ROAS for our clients and keep them satisfied. Sounds simple, right? Right?!
- Strategy: You'll research and obsessively analyse our clients' ICPs until you know more about them than ChatGPT knows about your deepest secrets. You'll be supported by our Senior LinkedIn Ads Strategists to shape the right strategy for each client, but you'll be the one making it happen in the platform every single day.
- Ownership: You live in Campaign Manager. Audiences, matched lists, bid and budget management, ad formats, targeting layers. You know your way around all of it, and you're always thinking about what to test next. You own performance and ROAS, full stop.
- Testing & Optimisation: Your default mindset is "what can we test and improve?" You analyse performance frequently, run structured tests, and optimise as if their monthly spend is coming out of your own wallet.
- Copy: You write stop-scrolling ad copy. You can use AI to your advantage, but you can tell the difference between great copy and mediocre copy, and you never let mediocre go out the door.
- Creatives: You'll brief videos and static images to our creative designer or the client's designer. Stop-scrolling ideas, memes, and great storytelling > boring traditional B2B ads.
- Reporting: You'll create and deliver reports (Fibbler + HubSpot + Campaign Manager) with a good chunk of it automated so you focus on insight, not data wrangling. You explain performance to clients in plain English, focusing on revenue and pipeline, never vanity metrics.
- Communication: You'll own client communication. You speak to them like we’re part of their team (with healthy boundaries in place!). You explain your strategy and optimisation decisions clearly, without jargon, and with confidence.
- Processes: You'll keep our beloved SOP library updated and look for ways to improve our processes. You embrace AI and use it to make your life easier and your work output better.

Hey, I’m Alex!
I´m a former 2x Head of Growth & Marketing with +6 years of experience in the Tech for Good space. My journey includes Wagestream, Work for Impact, SellerX - and some other startups that didn’t make it.
I’m a T-shaped marketer with a solid foundation on Growth Marketing, Automation and MarTech, but my real passion lies on helping impact-driven companies grow their SQLs (and revenue) via Linkedin Ads.
Why did I choose this niche? After working on a variety of companies, I realised that I really enjoy when my values are aligned with those of the company. I also realised that Linkedin Ads is a great (and sometimes untapped) channel to drive revenue.
That’s why I created Advanceful. To make a positive impact on companies like yours, but also be a force for good that amplifies positive change.
