About The Role
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and research-driven Content Writer to join our growing content team. You will craft high-quality, search-optimized content for Amura's clients across multiple industries, helping them rank, engage, and convert. If you love writing as much as you love diving deep into keyword data and content strategy, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and write SEO-optimized content including blog posts, long-form articles, landing pages, website copy, case studies, and thought leadership pieces across industries such as B2B, healthcare, real estate, BFSI, education, and D2C/e-commerce.
- Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with SEO strategists to align content with on-page SEO best practices — including meta titles, descriptions, header structure, internal linking, and content clusters.
- Adapt tone, voice, and style to suit different client brands and target audiences.
- Edit and refine content drafts with a keen eye for clarity, grammar, and readability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and content marketing best practices.
- Work alongside performance marketers, designers, and account managers to support end-to-end campaigns.
- Track content performance through analytics tools and suggest improvements based on data.
- 2 years of proven experience in SEO content writing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content written across at least 2–3 different industries.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — keyword mapping, search intent, on-page optimization, and content briefs.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Exceptional written English with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
- Exposure to AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and using them responsibly is an added advantage.
- Experience writing for B2B marketing, SaaS, or healthcare verticals.
- Basic understanding of content marketing funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
- Knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
