What You’ll Do
As a Warranty Coordinator, you’ll be trusted point of contact who turns warranty issues into confident, well-managed resolutions. You’ll take ownership of the entire warranty cycle—from the initial handover call to adjudicating claims, scheduling trades, and coordinating site inspections.
You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely resolutions and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
No construction experience? No problem. If you’re passionate about customer service and have experience in property management, handling home/car insurance claims, or dealing with complex complaints resolution, you may already have what it takes!
We’ll provide full training, ongoing development, and a clear pathway to grow into exciting future roles.
