Aspiring Munchkins, LLC'S mission is to raise the awareness and importance of a child’s development.

We like to emphasize the partnerships we have with the families and encourage embedded coaching, which is to facilitate interactions between an adult and child in order to enhance their communications. Our goal is to provide guide to the parents and families by teaching techniques and ways to communicate with their child to bring out the most potential in them. We provide speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work, special education, and psychological services...etc. We also provide service coordination services through the New York State Early Intervention Program.

Infant development begins at birth. All babies develop at different speeds. The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a public program funded by New York State and counties for children from birth through 3 years of age who are either suspected of having risk for developmental delay and/or disability. Early Intervention services are provided at no cost to the families. However, health insurance maybe accessed for reimbursement for EIP services. A child’s eligibility can only be determined by NYS approved evaluators under contract with the municipality. The EIP does not pay for day care or other fees charged by community settings. The EIP covers the cost of early intervention services only.

A message to the loving parents and families that continuously embrace and guide their child:
“You are the most important person in your child’s life. You know your child best. You understand your child’s needs, and what is helpful and what is not. You have the most information about- and responsibility for – your child’s growth and development. In a world of professional titles, consider yourself a FAMILY INFORMATION SPECIALIST!” __NYSDOH
