Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung des Teams Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Ablieferung der Produkte über den gesamten Produktionsbereich
- Unterstützung der operativen Bereiche durch die Erstellung von detaillierten Auftragsbedarfsplänen
- Fortlaufende Optimierung der Planungsabläufe
- Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen (wie Liefertreue, Auftragsbestand, Fehlteillisten usw.), Analyse von Abweichungen und Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellen einer soliden Datenbasis bei den Grunddaten im ERP-System, sowie laufende Pflege der dispositionsrelevanten Parameter und Daten im ERP-System
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister (m/w/d) oder Studium
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, bevorzugt in einem (internationalen) Industrieunternehmen
- Erste Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter o. Ä. ist wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich betriebswirtschaftlicher und insbesondere logistischer Geschäftsprozesse
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
