Work Type: Full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location: St Leonards (short 3min walk from the train station), plus WFH when trained in the role
Salary: $55k plus super entry level (higher salaries will be considered for the right candidate) with opportunity to increase for high performers once off probation

As a Sales Support Operator You Will
You’re a high performer. You’re motivated and charismatic with a growth mind-set. Previous office experience (in particular with email management using O365 and Microsoft Excel) is desired. Impeccable attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication is a must. You’re someone who thinks outside the box and enjoys solving problems; a fast-eager learner who is articulate and thrives in a high-pressure environment. A strong work ethic and positive attitude is an expectation. You’re someone who prefers to pick up the phone and have a conversation; someone with a confident, energetic phone manner who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders. Basic math skills are required.

- Process finance applications through to settlement
- Process deed of assignments
- Build rapport with vendors and funders on a daily basis
- Collaborate on strategic, complex finance applications with fellow team members
- Monitor and manage team pipeline
- Continuously build your knowledge of funder credit matrix’s
