- Ability to search for, analyze, and effectively use diverse scientific data related to molecules, clinical trials, and medical publications
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to present complex medical data and insights in a clear and compelling manner
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including relationship‑building, conflict resolution, and negotiation
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (including air travel)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
Your responsibilities:
- Developing high‑quality medical and educational materials for Field Force teams (Medical and Pharmacy Representatives) and responding to their ongoing medical inquiries
- Providing scientific review and medical approval of promotional materials; close cooperation with Marketing, including support for observational and post‑marketing studies
- Reviewing and approving medical presentations and materials used internally and externally by Adamed Pharma
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring Medical Information Department (MID) procedures
- Preparing and coordinating scientific engagements with Key Opinion Leaders (e.g. Advisory Boards, discussion forums) and actively participating to gather up‑to‑date medical insights
- Representing Adamed Pharma at national and international conferences, congresses, trade fairs, and exhibitions (including delivering lectures and presentations)
- Analyzing market data within selected therapeutic areas, monitoring competitors’ activities and market trends, and providing recommendations for the product portfolio
- Contributing to the scientific development of Adamed Pharma’s product portfolio
- Designing and delivering onboarding and advanced training programs (including e‑learning modules and knowledge assessments) for Sales, Marketing, and Field Force teams
- Responding to medical inquiries from external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, patients)
- Providing scientific support and consultation to internal departments (PV, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, External Communication, International Licensing, etc.)
