DEINE AUFGABEN
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard‑ und Software (Clients, Server, Geräte, Betriebssysteme)
- Pflege der lokalen Serverlandschaft inkl. Updates, Backups und Umsetzung des Sicherheitskonzepts in Zusammenarbeit mit der Corporate IT
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung lokaler Anwendungen sowie Anwendersupport
- Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen zur Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei internen Kontrollsystemen
- Einrichtung und Pflege automatisierter Reports und Auswertungen
- Optimierung von Datenflüssen und Systemzugriffen in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Verwaltung und Anpassung von Berechtigungen gemäß Compliance-Vorgaben
DEIN PROFIL
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der IT-Administration
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Desktop-Hardware (Computer, Drucker) und Server Infrastruktur
- Gute Kenntnisse der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (Verkabelung, Switches, Router)
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
