
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Purchase Orders for local and international suppliers.
- Compare pricing and maintain preferred supplier lists.
- Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and stock allocations.
- Update CRM with order status and ETAs.
- Monitor and replenish head‑office stock.
- Resolve pricing, serial number, and delivery discrepancies.
- Conduct branch stock takes and reconcile variances.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with Accpac or Pastel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication skills and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Our client base includes independent stores and corporate groups such as OK Foods, Ultra Liquors, Sefalana Group, Food Lovers Market and President Hyper, to name a few. Our 1700+ stores, representing 18000+ points, are supported from our Branches throughout South Africa (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha, Durban, Bloemfontein, Midrand and Windhoek). In addition, we have service centres servicing clients in Zimbabwe, Angola, Zambia, Tanzania, Malawi & DRC. Global expansion is part of Spinnaker’s strategy.
