This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to play a pivotal role in leading our Ipswich branch, driving growth, and shaping the future of our services within a forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and local authority requirements
• Drive branch growth through exceptional service delivery and relationship-building with local authorities
• Deliver outstanding care experiences to clients and their families
• Lead and contribute to ongoing service development and innovation
• Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing care team
• Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
• Manage resources effectively to support operational success
  
  

About You

• Proven experience in a Registered Manager or similar role within the care sector
• Strong understanding of care services and team responsibilities
• Professional, approachable, and highly organised
• Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must have a full driving license with access to own car
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (preferred)
• HCPC registration (preferred)
