Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and local authority requirements
- Drive branch growth through exceptional service delivery and relationship-building with local authorities
- Deliver outstanding care experiences to clients and their families
- Lead and contribute to ongoing service development and innovation
- Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing care team
- Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
- Manage resources effectively to support operational success
- Proven experience in a Registered Manager or similar role within the care sector
- Strong understanding of care services and team responsibilities
- Professional, approachable, and highly organised
- Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must have a full driving license with access to own car
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (preferred)
- HCPC registration (preferred)
