ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Walmart eCommerce Account Manager to take ownership of Walmart Marketplace performance. This role requires someone who can manage listings, ads, and operations while actively driving revenue growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts with a proven ability to drive growth and optimize performance.
- Expertise in Walmart Seller Center and Walmart Connect, with deep understanding of their tools, reporting systems, and best practices for maximizing ROI.
- Proven success in scaling revenue through strategic account management, including driving sales growth, improving product visibility, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale product catalogs, optimizing listings, and ensuring compliance with Walmart’s policies and requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Walmart’s eCommerce ecosystem, including pricing strategies, promotions, and customer experience, with a focus on driving competitive advantage.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Strong english communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Growth
- Manage day-to-day Walmart Marketplace operations
- Drive revenue growth through strategic optimization
- Track and improve KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box %, etc.)
Listing & Catalog Optimization
- Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, keywords, images)
- Ensure compliance with Walmart content standards
- Manage variations, setup, and catalog health
Advertising & Promotions
- Manage Walmart Connect campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display)
- Optimize ad spend, ROAS, and TACoS
- Plan and execute promotions (deals, rollbacks, seasonal campaigns)
Operations & Inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and in-stock rates
- Coordinate forecasting and replenishment
- Flag and resolve operational issues quickly
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver weekly performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies
- Use data to inform strategy and decision-making

- Working Hours: As needed basis, within 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time
