Role Overview

We are currently at a key stage of our international expansion and are looking for two Professional Sales Representatives to help us develop and consolidate new markets.

This role combines technical expertise with commercial responsibility and is ideal for someone motivated by building business in new regions. You will play an active role in identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, educating the market on our products and solutions, and supporting projects from early specification through to final delivery.

You will be part of a driven, collaborative team working across Europe and APAC, contributing directly to the company’s growth and international presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned regions
    • Analyze market trends, regulations, and competitor activity
    • Build and expand partner and installer networks
    • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
    • Promote and educate partners and customers on Airzone solutions

  • Account & Project Management
    • Manage leads and opportunities through CRM
    • Prepare and negotiate proposals and close sales
    • Support projects from specification through execution
    • Build strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Collaboration & Support
    • Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations)
    • Support regional alignment and knowledge sharing
    • Deliver product presentations and provide training to partners and customers
Profile

  • Engineering background (preferred)
  • Experience in HVAC or Home Automation sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • English (full professional proficiency) and Spanish required
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage (depending on region)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Driving license required
