Responsibilities
■ Vendor Acquisition Strategy & Supplier Portfolio Optimization
・Develop vendor acquisition strategies by setting clear targets for new supplier onboarding, revenue contribution, and category penetration to expand overall supply chain scale
・Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle—from negotiation, contracting, and listing to post-launch growth—reducing time-to-market and improving seller success rates
・Design and execute vendor programs (e.g., preferential fee structures, resource exchanges, traffic support initiatives) to accelerate merchant growth and retention
■ Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
・Proactively acquire key brands and strategic suppliers (including major retailers, group resources, and cross-border brands) to build differentiated assortments and exclusive partnerships
・Leverage OMO resources (e.g., physical stores, membership programs, ecosystem channels) to create cross-channel traffic-driving mechanisms and unlock new growth opportunities
■ Campaign Planning & Resource Integration
・Align vendor acquisition with platform campaign calendars to strategically onboard key suppliers and secure inventory ahead of major promotional events
・Integrate on-site and off-site traffic resources (e.g., homepage exposure, CRM systems, marketing tools) to maximize campaign impact and conversion performance
■ Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization
・Track and analyze key vendor KPIs (e.g., new seller count, activation rate, GMV contribution, ROI) to evaluate acquisition effectiveness and portfolio health
・Continuously refine acquisition strategies, pricing models, and category mix through data-driven insights to optimize supplier quality and revenue structure
■ Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure successful execution and maximize resource efficiency
- Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives (e.g., OMO collaborations, brand partnerships, strategic platform programs) to deliver on timeline, quality, and business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, platform vendor acquisition, merchandising, or business development
- Proven track record in acquiring major suppliers or brand partnerships, with the ability to drive business from 0 to 1
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and KPI management (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, AOV), with solid analytical capabilities
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to design win-win partnership models
- Strong project management skills, capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously with effective execution
- Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills, able to integrate resources for maximum impact
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to consistently break through growth bottlenecks
