Overall Responsibilities This new position reports to Finance manager China, located in Shanghai. The SFA will be the right hand person to the Finance manager and responsible for a wide range of Finance responsibilities, including but not limiting to assisting financial reporting to ensure a proper and timely reporting delivery, assisting with financial and control audit and other compliances documents, and perform business analysis and communication with internal stakeholders to be effective business partner.

Responsibilities are expected to expand as the business grows, providing the opportunity for professional development and career growth. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties

Accounting and financial reporting

• Complete monthly, quarterly & year-end closing on time and with high quality according to the closing schedule for 4 entities including but not limited to GL manual entry preparation, group reporting and PRC reporting 2) In charge of PRC tax and relevant government documents submission and filing, 3) Prepare required docs and conduct communication with auditors, 4) Ad-hoc tasks Operational Support
• Conduct 1st analysis on variance between results and budget, 2) Perform financial analysis on distribution, inventory, expense and etc. 3) Calculate and figure out the reasonability of commission, trade, rebate and marketing, 4) Prepare internal BI reports, 5) In charge of Capex schedule, cash flow management
• ERP maintenance and connection with IT 7) Ad-hoc tasks Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
  
  

Finance qualification is a must.  +4 years experience of accounting/reporting role in a MNC company  +3 years experience of cross border e-commerce finance experience

 Multi-lingual (English and Mandarin) with good communication skills  Proficiency with Microsoft office & financial systems. Experience working with SAP a plus

 Ability to manage to tight schedules according to business needs  Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills  Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy  Open &honest, with a high degree of personal integrity Our value Accountability
