Full-time

Sales / Marketing, Product Management

Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes—it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.

In 2025, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing private software company in America. The company is founder-led by Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who previously founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company.

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and enjoys taking ownership from discovery through execution. You’ll work directly with engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders to shape Action1’s next-generation product capabilities. This is a highly autonomous role—ideal for someone with strong foundational PM experience who is ready to step into broader ownership

  • Own feature definitions, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria
  • Scope releases and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with leadership
  • Collaborate with engineering through development, testing, and iteration
  • Build simple UI mockups or wireframes in tools such as Figma/Jamboard

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to surface feedback
  • Support go-to-market planning for new releases
  • Present product updates, roadmap changes, and insights to internal stakeholders

Metrics & Outcomes

  • Monitor product KPIs and usage patterns
  • Identify opportunities for adoption, expansion, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a Product Manager role (preferably in B2B SaaS)
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-informed decision-making mindset
  • Experience translating customer conversations into technical requirements
  • Experience writing detailed specs and managing delivery with engineering
  • Practical experience with agile development environments
  • Ability to create lightweight mockups to communicate ideas
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal support resources
  • Cybersecurity, IT administration, or systems management background
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices
  • Experience with user onboarding and lifecycle optimization

Benefits

  • Fully remote work, giving you the flexibility you need in the modern world
  • Exciting challenges and opportunities for continuous growth.
  • Non-stop professional development and learning of new technologies.
  • A supportive, friendly, and professional team environment.
