ADAS Solutions is excited for the opportunity to add to our growing team with an Administration Officer to join our team in Keysborough, VIC.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing customer service and operational workflow, from initial customer contact through to job completion. You will act as the central liaison point between customers, technicians and partner sites. You will also be responsible for other tasks including:
- Managing customer bookings and efficiently and effectively scheduling jobs for our technicians.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all stakeholders and uphold ADAS brand standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and repairer
- Liaise with Site Managers and Technicians regarding scheduling conflicts, escalations or feedback.
- Escalate booking issues, customer complaints, or service delays to the Senior Administration Officer where required.
- Work in line with ADAS values and customer service standards.
ADAS Is Looking For Our Next Senior Administration Officer To Bring a Self-motivating, Can-do Attitude When Connecting With Customers, Team Members And Suppliers. We’re Looking For Technicians That
- Certificate III in Business Administration or Customer Service (desirable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration role (automotive industry preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end booking and scheduling process, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
